Los Angeles is the first chapter of AIF Young Professionals founded in 2005.
AIFYP of Los Angeles supports numerous activities to support AIF Los Angeles Chapter as well as for AIFYP itself. Major activities involves event planning and preparation, public awareness for AIF and AIFYP, strategic planning for the fundraising on behalf of AIF. Major activities include:
 Event Planning
AIFYP will host 2-3 events a year. First objective is to plan creative events that can attract our friends and other young professionals to know more about AIF activities. AIFYP team will also help major events hosted by AIF once a year. Major activities include arrange date and time for upcoming event, find the best place, arrange for food and logistics etc.
External Affairs
Developing ties with Academic and Non Academic Associations and Advertising on newspapers and websites.
Marketing
Gathering and preparing different marketing material that can be used for events as well as general advertising. This includes, preparing flyers, brand identity, keeping websites up to date and managing flow of information
